STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE TICKET SERVICE
INTRODUCTION
You are using the online COMEXPOSIUM (RCS Nanterre - 316 780 519) ticket office provided through our service provider company, RODRIGUE.
Prior to any transaction, customers expressly acknowledge their awareness of the general terms and conditions as well as the various documents they refer to, and unreservedly accept them by clicking on the button "I have read and accept the sales terms and conditions."
These online sales terms and conditions may be modified at any time by COMEXPOSIUM. Clients will be advised of any modification to these terms and conditions, or to documents referred to, the first time they use this website following the modification.
Online ticket sales are reserved for private individuals.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICE AND NUMBER OF TICKETS
1.1 Ticket prices (face value) are shown in euros inclusive of tax.
1.2 Different tariff types may be offered depending on the event.
1.3 The total number of ticket places may not exceed 20 in a single order for the same event.
1.4 All orders are payable in euros, no matter where they originate from.
ARTICLE 2 - AVAILABILITY
Tickets are purchased in real time.
Hence the server of our service provider company, RODRIGUE, will inform you in real time of ticket availability when you place your order.
The "Your Shopping Basket" page allows you to check that the tickets allocated to you are those you want.
You have four hours to validate your Shopping Basket from the time you select the tickets in order to confirm your order. After this time, the tickets will automatically be put back on sale.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT
Payment for tickets may only be made online by bank card.
We accept payment by Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.
Your bank card will be debited the total ticket price, including all fees, when you complete your order.
Your bank card is debited independently of the ticket printing process. In any event, the tickets are paid for even if you do not print them.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY
4.1 Payment security
Our website has a security system.
We have adopted ATOS's SSL encrypting process which encrypts and secures confidential information.
4.2 Personal data
Your personal information and data are required for your order and our business relationships. This information and data are also stored for security reasons, in order to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as well as to enable us to improve and personalise services we suggest to you and information we provide you with.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (6 January 1978), you have the right to access, correct and object to information held about you. To exercise this right, please write to COMEXPOSIUM - Billeterie, 70 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, 92058, Paris La Défense cedex, FRANCE.
Through our intermediary, depending on the choices marked on your registration form, you may also receive emails with offers or suggestions from COMEXPOSIUM, companies within the COMEXPOSIUM group and partners or service providers contracted to these parties.
ARTICLE 5 - TRANSACTION RECORD
In the absence of conflicting proof, data recorded by COMEXPOSIUM constitutes proof of all transactions between COMEXPOSIUM and its customers.
Data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
ARTICLE 6 - ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your ticket order is not confirmed and final, and does not imply any commitment on the part of COMEXPOSIUM, until you receive the confirmation email stating the transaction number and confirming that the order has been validated.

ARTICLE 7 - PRINT AT HOME TICKETS (e-ticket)
When your online order has been completed, your ticket(s) will be sent to you by email in PDF format. Please print your ticket(s) at home using a standard printer (inkjet or laser) and an internet connection.
Each ticket purchased will print separately.
Ticket printing and validity conditions:
To be valid, your ticket must be printed in portrait (vertical) format on a white, unmarked (front and back) A4 sheet of paper, without any change to the print size. No other form of ticket (electronic, PC screen, mobile phone screen) will be accepted.
Likewise, access to the Event will be denied should you present the invoice or any other element of the order (email, screenshot etc).
In the absence of printed tickets being presented at the entrance to the Event, access will be denied and the customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement.
Tickets must have a good print quality. Partially printed, dirty, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered as invalid. Should the print quality not be acceptable, it is the customer's responsibility to reprint the ticket. COMEXPOSIUM accepts no liability for any anomalies encountered when printing tickets.
Security: Print at home tickets have a unique barcode which gives one person access to the event. Ticket validity is checked at the entrance to the event using barcode readers.
Reproducing, copying or forging tickets in any way or making them available to these ends is prohibited.
Admission cannot be gained more than once with the same ticket.
COMEXPOSIUM is not required to verify the identity of the person presenting the print at home ticket to ensure that person is the purchaser, or to verify the authenticity of the ticket printed at home. The first person to present the ticket is presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder and will be granted entry.
Consequently, COMEXPOSIUM may refuse entry when several print-outs, reproductions, copies or forgeries of a print at home ticket are in circulation and when access to the Event has already been granted to one holder of a print-out, reproduction, copy or forgery of the corresponding print at home ticket.
Printing: Your print at home tickets are sent to you in PDF format attached to an order summary email.
One PDF is generated for all tickets purchased.
COMEXPOSIUM accepts no liability for any anomalies during the order, processing or printing processes for print at home tickets.
In the case of loss, theft or unlawful use of the print at home ticket, customers will not be given duplicates or certificates of any nature other than the single, initial ticket printable by the customer.
When necessary, payment refunds in the case of event cancellation will occur automatically, with a credit being applied to the credit card indicated during the order process. The right to a refund is non-transferable and is exclusively reserved for the ticket purchaser shown on the print at home ticket.
ARTICLE 8 - CANCELLATION, REFUND, USE
8.1 No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, tickets and entry passes to fairs and trade shows are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
8.2 A ticket may not be refunded in the case of loss or theft, taken back or exchanged except in the case of event cancellation and COMEXPOSIUM deciding to refund tickets.
8.3 A ticket may also not be resold at a price higher than that stated on the ticket's face.
Selling, offering for sale or displaying with a view to selling or transferring Trade Show entrance passes (entrance tickets, invitations, passes, badges, etc.), or providing means with a view to their sale or transfer, in a routine manner and without authorisation from the Organiser, in the public domain, in a private location or on the internet, is a criminal offence punishable by police questioning and arrest, and a fine of 15 000 Euro. This fine is increased to 30000 Euro in the case of a second offence (Article 313-6-2 of the French penal Code).
8.4 If the cancellation of or a date/time modification for the event for which you purchased tickets is announced, you agree that COMEXPOSIUM may use the contact details you entered when purchasing your ticket online to keep you informed of steps to be taken.

ARTICLE 10 - EXTERNAL LINKS
Our website may provide access to our partners' websites through hyperlinks or by integrating content from our partners' websites in our website.
COMEXPOSIUM accepts no liability regarding its content, legality or performance and cannot be held responsible for the use to which it may be put by users.
Creating any hyperlink with our website is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from COMEXPOSIUM.
ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements, text, logos, images, sound elements, software and icons contained in the website used to place the online ticket order or reproduced on the same website are protected by intellectual property rights for the whole world.
Any use of the website and its content for purposes other than private is prohibited. Consequently, total or partial modification, depiction or reproduction of the website and its content are prohibited, regardless of the media or process used.
ARTICLE 12 - APPLICABLE RIGHTS - DISPUTES
Ticket sales covered by these terms and conditions are subject to French law.
In the case of a dispute, the French courts hold jurisdiction.
